Normally, 3-6-year-olds have a pillow height of 3 to 6 centimeters, 7-11 years of 7 to 10 centimeters, 14-15 to 9 centimeters old, and adults usually 12 to 12 centimeters. The length of the pillow is better than the shoulder width 10 to 16 centimeters.

Comfortable, healthy sleep should be on the supine head and torso maintained in the same horizontal line, the pillow is positioned behind the neck, maintaining a slight rearward tilt of the head, and the pillow should be as high as the shoulder while lying on the side, so that the neck and shoulder muscles can be relaxed, while the pillow is on the supine side, while the pillow is half a fist, and the correct use of pillows is helpful to health.
